These Terms include our Privacy Policy and apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the site. By accessing or using the site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the site.

Personal Information Collection

While using our site, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to your first and last name, mailing address (including ZIP code), e-mail address, telephone, credit card, and other personal information (“Personal Information”).

Except as otherwise explained in these terms, we will never intentionally disclose any personal identification information about you as an individual user to any third party without having received your permission.

Emails And Free Newsletter Subscription

If you opt in to receive any of our content or purchase any of our products, you will automatically be added to our list and subscribed to our free newsletter. If you do not wish to receive this free newsletter, you may opt out at any time. We include an unsubscribe link at the bottom of every e-mail we send. If you have any trouble opting out, please send an e-mail to us. We will manually remove you from our lists and you will receive no further email from us unless you opt in at a future time.

Exceptions

Refunds And Returns

Digital Products

Unless otherwise noted, all digital products come with an unconditional 30 day guarantee. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, simply contact us and request a full refund of your purchase price. We will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) and you will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Other conditional guarantees may apply, so check the sales material at the time of your order for details.

Physical Items

Currently, the only physical (non-digital) item we sell is the book, Good in a Room: How To Sell Yourself And Your Ideas And Win Over Any Audience. To be eligible for a return and refund of this item, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging, with receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non¬refundable. If you meet the above criteria and we approve the return, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) and you will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Warranty And Limitation of Liability

We are doing our best to provide you with the most accurate information available and to link to the most trustworthy sources available. However, we are not liable for any losses you may incur. You use the information we provide or the information we link to at your own risk. Persons who choose to access this site do so on their own initiative, and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.
